This is of course YOU! If you have read this far you have already qualified yourself. What separates a lazy “Talker” from a motivated “Doer” is ACTION. Motivated people take action when presented with an opportunity or an obstacle. If you are ready to take action, you’ve come to right place! I want to commend and encourage you, and let you know that although you will face obstacles (come with the territory) there is always a new opportunity on the other side.

When you find a road block, this is your chance show what you’re made of move it. It is also your opportunity to show your leadership, because once you move the road block you can usher other in behind you. This is what makes mlm and network marketing go!

This a leadership driven industry in that those that learn the lessons and are willing to impart into others are the most valuable, and by far make the most money. “If anyone wants to be first, he must be the very last, and the servant of all” – Mark 9:35.

So stay motivated and bring your most important quality to the table: Your energy and drive. Prospects are attracted to your passion and your plan, and if done right they’ll follow into any business opportunity!

The Mentor
The next ingredient is a Mentor. Mentor is defined as 1)a wise and trusted counselor or teacher and 2)an influential senior sponsor or supporter. This is exactly what you need in this industry. A good mentor must be knowledgeable, accessible, giving and supportive. All these qualities are necessary for you get what you need from him or her.

I can’t tell how many times I’ve heard complaints about this person or that leader who supposedly has knowledge but is never available to even answer an email, or that they were accessible and knowledgeable but seems to hold the best strategies and tools for themselves, or simply never gave any real feedback. These are exactly the kinds of experiences that kill dreams and is the total opposite of my relationship with my mentor and the total opposite of how I work with my partners.
